- Senior Warden – Budget, Finance, Discipleship Programs, Stewardship, Outreach, Fund Raising Activities
- Junior Warden – Building Operation and Maintenance, Food Pantry, Disaster Planning
- Treasurer – Financial Reports, Processing Receipts, Bank Deposits, Disbursements
- Clerk – Minutes of Vestry Meetings
