The ECW (Episcopal Church Women) consists of all women at St. Thomas, and focuses on events and activities to promote fellowship, spirituality, and good works at the church. The regular meetings are on Saturdays at the church or in members' homes.

Its work has included Christmas gifts for needy children, preparation and sale of gourmet foods to raise money for worthwhile projects, an annual quiet day at the church, assistance with collection and delivery of nonperishable food to the Hancock County Food Bank, support for the Gulf Coast Center for Nonviolence, potluck suppers, programs on current issues and guest speakers, and similar activities.

Lent Quiet Day 2008
